We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer  to create engaging motion graphics, animations, video content, and visual experiences for digital platforms. The role requires a strong combination of motion design, animation, video editing, visual storytelling, and graphic design  skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to transform creative concepts into compelling visual content while maintaining strong design quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail. You will work closely with creative, marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver high-quality assets for digital campaigns and social media.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content  for digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual experiences.
• Design 2D animations, explainer videos, social media creatives, branded content, and digital campaign assets .
• Handle video editing, transitions, visual effects, compositing, and animation.
• Create content optimized for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, branding, and content teams to execute campaign requirements.
• Interpret creative briefs and develop concepts that align with communication and brand objectives.
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, visual language, typography, composition, and overall design quality.
• Adapt creative assets into different formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Review and refine creative output based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, animation techniques, and digital content formats.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years of professional experience  in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Design, or a related creative field.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects .
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro  for video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, 2D animation, compositing, transitions, and visual effects .
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and graphic design principles.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, and online campaigns .
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, timing, and visual consistency.
• Ability to transform concepts and creative briefs into engaging visual content.
• Strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• A creative, concept-oriented, and proactive approach with a strong passion for animation and motion design.
