A growing financial institution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business lines within the organization. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience and a strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and the types of talent required in financial institutions.This is a mid-level HR role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to build strong teams.Key Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle recruitment for banking and corporate positions including retail banking, operations, compliance, credit, and support functions• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruiting databases• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and leadership teams• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple recruiting platforms• Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation for new hires• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)• Ensure hiring practices comply with banking regulations and internal HR policies• Support broader HR initiatives including workforce planning, employer branding, and talent retention effortsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, xzbcwsv or related field preferred• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within banking or financial services• Experience recruiting for roles such as client associates, credit analysts, operations staff, compliance professionals, and banking support functions• Strong understanding of the banking industry and regulatory hiring requirements preferred• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
