Greetings from Radiant Systems!We are hiring for a Program Manager position focused on supply chain regionalization, business case development, and cross-functional program leadership. Location: Franklin, TN Duration: 6+ Months
Key ResponsibilitiesLead supply chain regionalization/localization strategy and current-state assessments.Develop business cases covering CAPEX/OPEX, landed cost, tariffs, inventory, logistics, ROI, NPV, and payback.Evaluate supplier, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics network options.Assess ERP impacts, including BOMs, material masters, routing, sourcing, and planning parameters.Lead cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, ERP/IT, and Operations.Develop executive presentations, recommendations, steering committee materials, and implementation roadmaps.Manage multiple workstreams and drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, industrialization, or strategic program management.Strong experience in business case development, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.Experience leading large, cross-functional/multinational programs.Strong knowledge of supply chain, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and network design.Experience with regionalization/localization, tariffs/trade compliance, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Kinaxis.Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, electronics, power distribution, or related industries is preferred. xzbcwsv Interested candidates, please share your updated resume.
