Experience: 5+ years in BAS, HVAC controls, or commercial HVAC project execution
Key Responsibilities:Manage BAS projects from estimating and planning through execution and closeout.Handle project scope, schedules, budgets, costs, and profitability.Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.Review project drawings, specifications, proposals, and contracts.Oversee purchasing, project documentation, progress billing, and financial tracking.Resolve project issues and maintain customer relationships.Coordinate project completion, customer acceptance, and transition to service.
Required Skills:Strong BAS/HVAC controls knowledge.Project management experience in building automation or commercial HVAC.Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, controls schematics, and technical specifications. xzbcwsv Strong communication, coordination, and customer management skills.
Preferred: Experience with BAS platforms, controls integration, subcontractor management, and project financials
