Job Description
An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Fairfield, OH area is searching for a Payroll Specialist. You will support the payroll processing and ensure its accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous onsite, large volume, payroll experience.

Responsibilities:Maintain compliance, policies and procedures for payroll processingApply and maintain schedules for hourly employeesAudit department timesheetsReview daily attendance and vacation days - maintain accurate payEnter new hourly employee information in Paycor
Qualifications:Associate’s Degree or equivalent experienceMust have onsite payroll experiencePayroll experience with a large volume is preferred (200+ employees)Experience with Paycor software is preferredStrong Data entry and record keeping skillsProficient in Microsoft Word & ExcelAble to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds
