Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, audits, and regulatory reporting. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with public-company or multinational experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute the monthly and quarterly close process.Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q schedules and footnote support.Support external and foreign statutory audits and respond to auditor requests.Perform variance and financial analysis to identify trends and explain fluctuations.Support SOX compliance, documentation, and internal controls.Partner with other departments on accounting and financial reporting matters.Assist with process improvements and special accounting projects.Use Excel to analyze financial data and improve reporting efficiency.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting required.5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Public-company and/or multinational accounting experience preferred.SEC reporting experience preferred.CPA preferred.NetSuite experience preferred.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP. xzbcwsv Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
