Quality Control Manager

A prominent pharmaceutical organization is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Quality Control Manager to lead its QC operations at their facility in Rawat, Islamabad. This senior-level leadership role requires an analytical mindset, robust management capabilities, and an advanced understanding of regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, enforcing strict quality standards, and driving regulatory excellence.

CT Dossier Expertise

Must possess a comprehensive, authoritative command over Common Technical Document (CT) Dossiers.

Quality Oversight

Oversee comprehensive testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished pharmaceutical products to guarantee compliance with international standards.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all laboratory testing procedures adhere to current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and national regulatory guidelines.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and train the quality control laboratory staff, optimizing workflow efficiency and operational safety.

Audit Readiness

Direct internal quality audits and serve as a key point of contact during external regulatory inspections.

Preferred Profile

Tenure: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within a pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.

Skills: Exceptionally strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills paired with an expert-level understanding of dossier compilation and regulatory requirements.
