Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStaff Physical Therapist, Orthopedics — Peak Health and PerformanceOur Team. Our Mission.Imagine a world where clinicians have the time, tools, and autonomy to truly understand each patient, plus the expertise to transform how they move, perform, and live. That world exists. We built it, and now, we're growing it.At Peak Health and Performance in Colorado Springs, CO, we are a tight-knit team who refuse to accept the industry standard. We serve high-level athletes, tactical professionals, performing artists, and anyone who needs a clinician that will actually figure out what's wrong. Using biometric diagnostics, whole-person assessments, and state-of-the-art therapies, we go deeper than most clinics have the time or tools to go.Our team is small, collaborative, and serious about the craft. Our mission: Deliver diagnostic precision and individualized care that produces outcomes no other clinic can match. You'll be a clinician who matters: whose judgment is trusted, whose growth is funded, and whose wins are celebrated by the whole team. How We WorkYou set the treatment direction, own the outcomes, and build the kind of patient relationships that make this work meaningful. We hold a high bar for clinical quality, for patient outcomes, and for how we show up for each other. If you want to be challenged and supported in equal measure, you'll fit here. We're also genuinely curious. Whether it’s new tools, better methods, or evolving approaches, if you bring ideas to the table, we'll take them seriously.Your RoleYou'll deliver elite, one-on-one physical therapy using next-generation diagnostic tools like HRV assessments, neuromuscular mapping, and TECAR therapy to uncover root causes and produce results that turn patients into lifelong advocates. You own your outcomes, build your community, and define your niche.Mission AlignmentEvery patient you treat is proof that physical therapy can be done right. Your clinical excellence directly advances our mission to set a new standard for individualized, precision-driven care in Colorado Springs and beyond.Things You'll Love About This RoleOwn the hour. Our treatment model is 60 minutes with each patient.Diagnose like the specialist you are. Use advanced biometric and biomechanical tools most clinicians never touch.Build your niche. Choose the population you're most passionate about and build a patient community around it.Drive real outcomes. Chase NPS scores of 9s and 10s because your patients genuinely feel the difference.Grow your craft. Access dedicated coaching, mentorship, and CEU funding to become the clinician you've always wanted to be.Shape the clinic. You have a seat at the table: your ideas change how we operate.Who Thrives HereYou might be a good fit if:You think in terms of root causes. A patient's presenting complaint is the starting point, not the finish line. You're comfortable with autonomy and accountable for results. No one is going to micromanage your clinical decisions. You've hit a ceiling at your current clinic not because of skill, but because of the structure. You want to build something: a patient community, a specialty, a clinical identity. You take feedback well and give it the same way. This role is not a fit if you need high patient volume to feel productive, or if you prefer a highly structured protocol environment.CompensationTotal Maximum Package Value Range: $91,000 to $115,000/year (Includes base, milestones, and core benefits)Base Salary: $67,000/year (paid semi-monthly)Performance Milestones: Up to $2,000/year in additional installments based on visit volume — with uncapped upside beyond the annual goalSign-on and Training Bonus: Up to $7,000 paid in installmentsLongevity Bonus available every 2 yearsBenefits:Student loan reimbursement up to $4,620/year100% medical premium reimbursement up to $800/monthSimple IRA with 3% company match18 paid days off (12 PTO + 6 holidays)$1,000 annual CEU allowance + license renewal reimbursementQualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and valid Colorado PT licenseStrong foundation in manual therapy and movement-based assessmentDriven to learn and grow in your professional abilitiesGenuine interest in individualized assessments and prescriptionA "Peak Performer" attitude: results-driven with a team mindset, and eager to help patients achieve freedom at home, work, and play.Job Type: Full-timePart time availableApplication Question(s):Please submit a cover letter.Work Location: In person
