About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can operate independently and partner closely with executives, senior managers, and hiring leaders. This high-ownership role will drive critical hiring, strengthen recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and build sustainable talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted talent partner, bringing strong market insights, anticipating hiring challenges, and taking end-to-end ownership of talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM and Tech roles across India, from intake and sourcing through offer closure.
• Partner with executives, senior leaders, and hiring managers to understand business priorities and build effective hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted TA advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and hiring risks.
• Build strong pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, job portals, and recruitment partners.
• Manage senior, niche, and business-critical hiring with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Drive and contribute to ATS implementation, recruitment automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Strengthen TA processes, employer branding, and candidate experience as the organization scales.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within SaaS, product technology, startup, or fast-growing organizations.
• Strong experience hiring across GTM and Tech functions in India.
• Proven experience partnering with executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, passive hiring, and niche talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS implementation/migration,TA automation, or recruitment technology projects.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and a data-driven approach to hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and bring structure and scalability to an evolving TA function
