Cluster Lead

Key Responsibilities ● Responsible for 2W Growth PnL for multiple categories for South and West zones. ● Manage a Team of DOMs for driving acquisitions at respective cities. ● Drive B2C customer acquisition, vehicle deployment and sales execution for rental, retail and partnership business units. ● Manage and improve productivity of field sales and operations teams. ● Build local partnerships with dealers, channels and fleet operators ● Source local small and mid-sized fleet opportunities and coordinate handover to central teams. ● Track city performance across acquisition, conversion, utilization, retention and collections support. ● Work closely with central teams across operations, service, supply, expansion, analytics, product and collections to scale 2W penetration. ● Identify execution bottlenecks and drive fast resolution. What We Are Looking For ● 6-10 years of experience in mobility ecosystem or high performing startups ● Strong execution orientation and ownership mindset. ● Comfort with data, dashboards and performance reviews. ● Ability to work with multiple central teams without direct authority. ● Strong commercial judgment across sales, operations and customer quality. ● Ability to operate in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
