Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Fresh MBA Finance postgraduates or candidates with 1–2 years in deal/consulting execution)

The Opportunity: Front-Line Advisory Execution

This is an intense, front-line execution role for a driven professional who wants genuine exposure to live transactions, corporate restructurings, and boardroom advisory.

Working directly alongside our Senior Manager, you will serve as the core coordinator and execution engine for client mandates. You will not be doing isolated back-office research—you will build financial models, manage Virtual Data Rooms, analyze operational risks, draft executive deliverables, and ensure engagements move forward with strict momentum.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• India Entry & Cross-Border Advisory: Support global businesses entering India with entity structuring, regulatory landscape mapping, location analysis, and operating model setups.
• Strategic Business Advisory: Assist in founder’s office mandates, family business succession frameworks, ESOP/incentive design, and corporate restructuring assignments.
• Risk & Governance Frameworks: Participate in process reviews, mapping operational workflows, drafting SOPs, and testing Internal Financial Controls (IFC).
• Financial Modeling & Deal Support: Build dynamic three-statement financial models, valuation schedules, and assist in due diligence coordination and data room management.
• Research & Executive Collateral: Conduct market and regulatory research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare executive-ready presentations, advisory notes, and strategy decks.
• Mandate Coordination & Delivery: Serve as the central execution coordinator across client engagements—tracking milestone delivery and liaising seamlessly between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualification: MBA in Finance (from recognized regional/state universities or established business schools; hunger to execute, problem-solving attitude, and raw capability matter far more than tier-1 pedigree).
• Core Technical Knowledge: Strong conceptual grounding in financial statement analysis, corporate finance, valuation methods, deal mechanics, and internal control frameworks.
• Analytical & Presentation Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling, formulas, scenario building) and MS PowerPoint (creating structured, executive-grade presentations).
• Execution Mindset: A proactive "doer" who takes end-to-end ownership of tasks and drives deliverables to completion with zero follow-up.
• Professional Maturity & Coordination: Clear written and verbal communication, structured thinking, and the confidence to follow up actively with senior stakeholders and client leadership.
