Required Skills ✔️ Minimum 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) ✔️ Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process) ✔️ Strong expertise in Denial Management ✔️ Experience in handling Insurance Follow-ups and Denied Claims ✔️ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance ✔️ Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS is preferred ✔️ Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills ✔️ Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets Key Responsibilities Follow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims Analyze denial reasons and initiate corrective actions Process appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims & resubmissions Maximize reimbursements through timely claim resolution Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system Coordinate with Coding, Billing & Payment Posting teams Meet productivity, quality, TAT and SLA targets ✅ Candidate Requirements ✔️ Ready to work from the office ✔️ Comfortable working in permanent US Night Shifts ✔️ Strong verbal communication skills ✔️ Experience in Denial Management is mandatory Interested candidates can share their updated resume immediately.
