• Responsible for JBP Planning
• Responsible for Assortment Planning
• Creating the Account Activation Calendar
• Managing Periodic JBP Review & Action Plan
• Handle Account Reconciliation
• Responsible for TOT Deliverables Communication
• Adherence to TOT Deliverables on ground
• Accountable for Listing & Linking
• Consulted for Category Wise Promo Calendar Circulation & Budgeting
• Accountable for Promo Communication (HO & Region) (National / Local & Regional)
• Promo Implementation (Retail) and Price Maintenance
• Oversee Promo Non-Implementation Escalation (Internal & Chain)
• Oversee Monthly Competition Tracker
• Consulted on Visibility & Activation Calendar & Budgeting
• Responsible for Chain Wise Negotiation & Finalization (National & Regional) and Approvals
• Manage Visibility & Activation Execution – As per agreement

Qualification & Experience

• MBA or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade Sales
