Junior Architect

Zameen Developments is looking for a Junior Architect to join our Architecture & Design team and contribute to the design and development of high-rise building projects .

Purpose of the Job

To help prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and helping develop and finalize building plans. Coordination with (Structure, MEP, Visualization Team).

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with bylaws governmental & authority bylaws and local & international best practices & standards.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Producing concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the management and clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and that reflect branding and positioning with architecture, color, finish materials, and lighting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Design, or similar
• PEC registered
• 1-2 years of experience (preferably in designing multi-story commercial and residential projects)
