SATURDAYS are REQUIRED in person days!! All other days will be remote!
PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.
Description
Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need Maintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily
Compensation Range: $65,000-$85,000 (dependent upon experience & licensure) - Competitive Medical Benefits Package + PTO offered

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field requiredRelevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY) (LCSW-NY) or (LMHC-NY)LCSWs & LMHCs - must have a NY Medicaid Provider Number!MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patientsExperience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferredKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgroundsKnowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and healthStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent short-term counseling skillsExperience with discharge planning
Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000
