Marketing Finance Human Resource Management Operations Management Business Analytics Artificial Intelligence Data Science Qualification & Experience Master's Degree in Management or a relevant specialization from a recognized university/institution. 1–3 years of relevant academic, research and/or industry experience preferred. Ph. D. is not mandatory; however, candidates with a Ph. D. or pursuing a Ph. D. will be given preference. Relevant corporate/industry exposure will be an added advantage. Digital competency and proficiency in AI-enabled pedagogy, technology-assisted teaching and contemporary digital learning tools will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, tutorials, case discussions and practical sessions for management students. Develop course plans, teaching material, assignments, assessments and contemporary case studies. Use AI-enabled pedagogy, digital learning platforms, simulations, analytics tools and other emerging technologies to enhance student learning. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, competitions and career development. Participate in curriculum development and academic activities. Contribute to research, publications, conferences and institutional academic initiatives. Incorporate contemporary industry practices, technology and business developments into classroom teaching. Support seminars, workshops, guest lectures and student-development programmes. Develop relationships with industry professionals for guest sessions, live projects, internships and academic-industry initiatives. Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with a strong academic foundation combined with digital competency, AI-enabled teaching capabilities, industry exposure, research orientation, innovative teaching practices and corporate connections will be given additional weightage.
