We are looking for an Area Sales Manager drives regional revenue, manages key hospital accounts, and oversees channel partners. • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Sales and Marketing is a strong plus.
• Experience : This position requires 3 - 6 years in industry ( only from Medical device/disinfectant)

• Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed regional sales and revenue targets for capital sterilization units, high-level disinfectants (HLD), and hygiene consumables.
• Key Account Management: Build strong ties with hospital administrators, procurement teams, Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) staff, and infection control committees.
• Tender & Institutional Business: Handle government and private healthcare tenders, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Channel Management: Coordinate with local distributors and channel partners to ensure product availability, secondary sales tracking, and timely collections.
• Clinical Promotion: Organize product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions with clinical specialists, institutions, hospitals, industries etc.
