DREAM is an early-stage venture exploring new possibilities in AI and consumer entertainment. We’re assembling a small founding team and looking for someone resourceful, organised and ready to take ownership.

You’ll work directly with the founder across hiring, operations, research and daily execution.
What you’ll do Coordinate hiring, interviews and candidate follow-ups. Manage schedules, meetings and action lists. Research partners, suppliers and business opportunities. Coordinate vendors, freelancers and internal projects. Keep documentation and priorities organised. Take tasks from discussion to completion.
Who you are

You communicate clearly, follow through without repeated reminders and handle sensitive information discreetly. You’re comfortable with both important projects and everyday administrative work. Experience in startup operations, executive support or hiring coordination is useful. Strong judgement and evidence of ownership matter most.
