SAP S/4HANA SD, Order Management, Sales Transformation

Job Role:

10+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order Management domain

 Proven experience as Solution Architect in S/4HANA SD programs

 Strong expertise in:

Sales Order Management (Order-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash)

Pricing, Billing, and Revenue processes

 Experience in S/4HANA SD transformations and implementations

 Strong knowledge of Business Partner (Customer) model in S/4HANA

Experience with integration across FI, MM, EWM, TM, CRM/CX platforms

 Exposure to advanced ATP (aATP) and availability checks

 Experience in data migration, master data governance, and harmonization

 Knowledge of sales analytics, reporting, and Fiori apps

 Experience in global/multi-country SAP rollouts

 Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skill

Define and lead end-to-end SAP SD / OM solution architecture

 Design and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes:

Sales order processing

Pricing and discounting

Delivery and shipping

Billing and invoicing

 Architect order management solutions for multi-channel environments (ERP + CX/eCommerce)

 Define integration with SAP modules (FI, MM, EWM, TM) and external systems

 Design and manage customer master data and Business Partner models

 Implement advanced ATP (aATP) and order fulfillment strategies

 Drive adoption of S/4HANA innovations (Fiori apps, embedded analytics)

 Define pricing procedures, revenue recognition, and billing configurations

 Lead data migration strategy for customer and sales data

 Conduct solution design workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions

 Ensure compliance with revenue regulations, pricing policies, and audit requirements

 Oversee testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper care support

 Identify opportunities for sales process automation and optimization

 Mentor teams and enforce architecture governance

 Drive continuous improvement in sales and order management processed
