Role Description The Sales Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottayam. The Sales Agent will identify potential clients to distribute our products, and follow up on leads to close sales. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, explaining product features and benefits, answering questions, and providing insurance-related information when needed. The Sales Agent will maintain accurate records of interactions, prepare basic sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. . • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess basic Insurance knowledge or the ability to learn insurance-related concepts relevant to the role.
• Candidates should possess Training readiness, with willingness to participate in ongoing learning and skill development.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Kottayam and engage with local customers.
