ICU Float Registered Nurse

Methodist Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for its ICU Resource Team in San Antonio. In this float role, you’ll deliver expert, evidence-based care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs, responding to changing acuity and staffing needs. Responsibilities include continuous assessment and monitoring, medication and infusion management, ventilator and hemodynamic support, and active participation in codes and rapid responses. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor newer nurses, and support quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment.
