Vendor Management Executive

About the Role We're looking for a Vendor Management Executive to manage recruitment vendors, sourcing partnerships, contracts, invoicing, and reporting. You'll work closely with internal sourcing teams to build strong vendor relationships and ensure seamless hiring operations across India and the US. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage recruitment vendors. Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs. Track vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines. Manage SOWs, invoices, and payment coordination. Maintain vendor databases, trackers, and documentation. Prepare vendor performance dashboards and reports. Coordinate with sourcing, finance, and cross-functional teams. Requirements 2–6 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Recruitment Operations.
