Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.  </p><p><b>Purpose: </b><br />Lead and manage procurement activities for major EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring timely sourcing, contracting, expediting, and delivery of materials and services while meeting project cost, quality, and schedule objectives. </p><p><b>The Role </b><br />you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. </p><li>Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with project requirements. </li><li>Lead procurement planning, sourcing, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award processes. </li><li>Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and commercial evaluations. </li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Logistics teams. </li><li>Monitor supplier performance, expediting, inspection, and delivery schedules. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, client requirements, and ethical standards. </li><li>Manage project procurement budgets, cost savings initiatives, and risk mitigation plans. </li><li>Support resolution of supplier claims, variations, and contractual issues. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. </li><li>Lead and mentor procurement team members. </li><p><b>About You </b><br />To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: </p><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline. </li><li>15+ years of procurement experience, including EPC/EPCM project procurement. </li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and project execution. </li><li>Experience managing large-value procurement packages and multidisciplinary teams. </li><li>Excellent negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Familiarity with SAP/ERP procurement systems is preferred. </li><li>Oil &amp; Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Refining, Petrochemicals, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects. </li><p><br /><b>Moving forward together </b> </p><p>We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
