Position: Country Head – Sales & Commercial

Location: Overseas

Key Requirements:

• Lead the overall sales and commercial strategy to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies across channels, geographies, and customer segments.
• Drive sales across CSD / sparkling and still beverage categories , with focus on volume, value, mix, and profitability.
• Manage key channels including Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA, Convenience, and E-commerce .
• Lead pricing, promotions, trade investments, assortment, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives.
• Build, develop, and optimize the distributor and wholesaler network .
• Lead and develop a large sales and commercial team , including KAM, field sales, RTM, and trade marketing functions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations for effective business and campaign execution.
• Drive market intelligence, competitor analysis, annual business planning, and resource allocation .
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and commercial governance to monitor performance and execution.
• Present business performance, risks, and strategic plans to the MD/CEO and regional leadership .

Desired Candidate:

• MBA (Marketing)
• 15+ years of experience in CSD / Beverage sales and commercial leadership with any reputed Soft Drink Company.
• Strong experience in Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) and beverage categories.
• Expertise in RTM, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Distribution, and RGM .
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and market-share gains .
• Strong experience managing distributors, key accounts, and large sales teams .
• Excellent strategic, negotiation, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
