Knitwear Production Lead - Build & Optimize Ops

MH Global Attire is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our knitwear stitching unit, building a strong production team and establishing efficient operations from the start. The role focuses on driving output across T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts and knitted trousers while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and managing supervisors and operators, planning daily production, coordinating with cutting, IE, quality, maintenance and finishing teams,
