We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and AI. What You'll Do

• Own ideas from start to finish - spot the insight, shape the concept, understand the hook, and turn it into a finished piece. You're the author, not just the executor.
• Build repeatable content formats and series that scale, rather than one-off posts.
• Take ownership of the complete creative process - from concept and scripting to direction, editing, and final copy.
• Create social-first & ad-first content that feels native to each platform, whether it's Instagram, YouTube, or whatever comes next.
• Keep the DaMENSCH brand voice consistent while constantly finding fresh ways to tell stories.
• Use AI as a creative multiplier - leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Seedance, Kling, and others to ideate faster, create smarter, and experiment more.
• Measure what works, learn from performance, and continuously improve the next piece of content.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or creative storytelling.
• A portfolio showcasing performance ads, social-first content, videos, and creative concepts.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools & workflows.
• Excellent storytelling, visual design, and editing skills.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to experiment with new ideas and formats.
