Salary: $130,000 - 152,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of software design and development experience with .NET/C#, including at least 2 years in a Technical Lead or similar capacity.
• We need strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• We need solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and database design.
• We need front-end experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• We need practical Microsoft Azure experience, including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Application Insights, and cloud-native architectures.
• We need CI/CD, source control, and DevOps experience using Azure DevOps.
• We need a strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure authentication (Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, JWT), and scalable application design.
• We need experience troubleshooting distributed systems using monitoring, logging, and telemetry.
• We need a proven record of leading design discussions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• We need experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code.
• Nice-to-have experience includes AWS, Power BI, enterprise integration, and .NET MAUI mobile development.

• We lead the design and technical delivery of custom software solutions using modern AI-assisted design and development practices.
• We work with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions.
• We present and defend technical designs at Architecture Review Boards and help influence key technical decisions.
• We review code and designs to uphold quality and standards, including checking AI-generated code.
• We mentor developers on architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• We drive observability across services, including logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• We identify and resolve complex technical issues, risks, and dependencies.
• We contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, and technical planning.
• We champion continuous improvement across the SDLC, including cloud-native and data-driven approaches.

We are partnering with a global Fortune 500 industrial manufacturer to hire a Technical Lead for its Aerospace business. You will join a global custom software team that designs and builds enterprise applications used across the organization. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA on a hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site, and it offers a base salary of $130,000 to $152,000 plus a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 6% that is fully vested from day one.
