<p> KPMG Global Services (KGS) India is a strategic global delivery organization that works with more than 50 KPMG firms to provide a progressive, scalable and customized approach to business requirements. </p> <p> The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world. </p> <p> Job description: </p> <p> Location -Bangalore/Pune </p><p> Experience in CDP Implementation </p><p> JOB DESCRIPTION: </p><p> Roles &amp; responsibilities: </p> <p>•Proven working experience in data platforms (CDP) and/or digital marketing automation platforms </p> <p>•Preferred experience on at least one of these - Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment CDP, Acquia CDP etc. </p> <p>•Work out the Integration between Marketing Solutions together with other platform such as CRM, ecommerce, CMS, DAM. </p> <p>•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script development and constraints </p> <p>•Good to have knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) </p> <p>•Good to have experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns </p> <p>•Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team’s knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral </p> <p>•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking </p> <p> Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement </p> <p>•4+ years of experience in Marketing Data platform, in an agency, industry or consulting organization or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work </p> <p>•Good knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script, APIz </p> <p>•Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients - both in offshore and onshore models - to define current state maps (blueprinting), transformation strategy and execution </p> <p> Educational qualifications </p><p>•B.
