Revenue Executive

We're Hiring: Revenue Executive (Entry Level) Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite/Remote) | On behalf of our client Industry: Short-Term Rentals Strategy Cues is a revenue management and operational consulting firm supporting hotel brands and holiday home/short-term rental owners across 10 countries, including the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. With 14 years of industry experience, we've helped optimize pricing, distribution, and operations for 100 hotels and 1,000 holiday homes worldwide. On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Revenue Executive to join a growing revenue management team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their revenue management career to build hands-on expertise in pricing strategy, channel management, and data-driven decision-making within the short-term rental space. What You'll Do Monitor and analyze pricing, occupancy, and rate trends across OTAs and direct booking channels Support day-to-day rate and inventory management using PMS/RMS/channel manager tools Track market demand, competitor pricing, and seasonal trends to inform strategy Assist in preparing performance reports and revenue forecasts Coordinate with the broader revenue and operations team to implement pricing and distribution strategies Support ongoing optimization of listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Property Finder What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in Revenue Management (hotels, holiday homes, or short-term rentals-preferred) Working knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Property Finder) Familiarity with PMS/RMS or channel management systems Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data on a daily basis Good communication skills and ability to work with a globally distributed team Why Join Working with a Leading Short Term rental company in an exciting market.
