Experience:

  • Total Experience: 5+ Years
  • Relevant BPO/Customer Service Experience: 3+ Years
  • Latest designation must be Manager (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1+ Year Manager experience on paper


Requirements:

  • German Language: B2 Level Mandatory
  • E-commerce / International Customer Service experience preferred
  • Stakeholder & client coordination experience
  • Team handling, KPI/SLA management experience
