Responsibilities:Job Description (Word Doc) High attention to detail, Microsoft experience, SAP experience (preferably), e-filing, record keeping, scanning, and ability to manage confidential records.Will have employee interface and need to take a message if other HR reps are not available.
Scope for TempsHR Ops reviewed and determined there are approx. 100 boxes with 3000 files.
Temps will processSorting and reviewing files by type (Personnel/Medical)Log Files by Active/Terminated Trackers, including retention review details and transmit files to HR Ops.When boxing files, group files with similar years together whenever possible (for example, 2 or 2 Coordinating pickup dates with HR OpsHandoff of files to Client
Requirements:Entry level HR position with 0-2 years' experience. Internship experience desired.Must have excellent customer service skill and be able interact well with others.Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask with excellent organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver new associate and benefit presentations as required.Requires some knowledge of human resources principles and practices (either through study and/or application).Ability to detect and improve processes and procedures.Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced features in Word, Excel, and on-line eligibility system required. xzbcwsv Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Education:High School or GED
