Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer Male role based in Lahore. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets for dental products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations, following up on leads, and closing sales through in-person meetings, phone calls, and online channels. The role involves collaborating with the customer support and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process, timely order fulfillment, and a positive customer experience. The Sales Officer will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers.
• Basic understanding of dental products or healthcare supplies; willingness to learn product details quickly.
• Comfort using online platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and follow-up.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; dental or medical background is a plus.
• Previous experience in Field sales, retail, or distribution (preferably in dental) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; familiarity with the Lahore market is preferred.

Must have: Own Motorcycle , Bike Driving License
