We’re Hiring | HR Intern – Media & Video Production

Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for an HR Intern interested in building hands-on experience in HR and recruitment within the media and video production industry.

What you’ll work on

• Sourcing and screening candidates across creative, production, editing, sales and marketing roles

• Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Supporting onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintaining recruitment, attendance and HR records

• Assisting with day-to-day HR operations

• Building a talent network across filmmaking, editing and creative production

• Supporting employee engagement and internal coordination

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed HR, MBA, BBA or a related course

• Good professional English communication skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organisational and follow-up skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is an advantage

• Interest in media, filmmaking or video production is preferred

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site

Job Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
