Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Specialist with strong expertise in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle EBS Finance modules, along with deep hands-on development experience in Java and REST APIs.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Oracle Financials modules, strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop integrations and deliver innovative solutions using modern technologies, including AI.
Key Responsibilities and RequirementsOracle EBS Finance Modules: 12+ years of strong techno-functional experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).Financials Support and Enhancements: Provide production support, troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, implement enhancements, and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.Technical Development: Deep hands-on development experience with Java, REST APIs, and custom application development.Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS Finance and external applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.Oracle EBS Technical Skills: Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, concurrent programs, interfaces, reports, workflows, and Oracle EBS technical architecture.AI Technologies: Good exposure to AI technologies, with an interest in applying AI to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, and develop innovative business solutions.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Learning and Innovation: Positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and enthusiasm for bringing innovative ideas to the team.Independent Work: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities, take ownership of deliverables, and work independently with minimal supervision.Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and business users.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials.Knowledge of Oracle EBS integration frameworks, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party system integrations. xzbcwsv Exposure to AI-powered automation, generative AI, or intelligent business process improvement initiatives.
