Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in the Pune Division. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate solutions, and support the sales process from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, responding to technical queries, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals and quotations. The role also involves coordinating with engineering and product teams to address customer feedback, conducting onsite visits, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and opportunities. The Technical Sales Engineer is expected to build strong relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and represent SV Tech Solutions in a professional manner.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Sales abilities to translate technical features into business value and customize solutions. Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction after implementation. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly, conduct presentations, and collaborate with internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel to customer locations as needed.
