Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams.

✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.

✅ Monitor sales funnels, conversions, and team productivity.

✅ Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.

✅ Ensure effective lead management and CRM hygiene.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

✅ Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.

✅ Build a strong performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.

✅ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business review updates.

What We're Looking For

✔️ Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

✔️ 6+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (EdTech or B2C preferred).

✔️ Minimum 3 years of team handling experience (Mandatory).

✔️ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

✔️ Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

✔️ Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
