Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, ads, social media content, and brand assets. Daily tasks include conceptualizing visuals, designing storyboards, producing and editing video and motion content, and collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to align visuals with campaign objectives. The role involves adapting existing brand materials into dynamic motion pieces, optimizing content for different platforms, and staying updated with design and motion trends to enhance visual storytelling and performance marketing outcomes. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating dynamic visual content. Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including editing and post-production for digital campaigns. Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing static and animated assets. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software. Ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments; a portfolio showcasing motion and graphic work is required. Formal education in design, animation, media, or a related field is beneficial but strong demonstrable skills and experience are highly valued.
