AD/ Sr. Manager Account Management -Farming Fintech Saas 10-14 years CTC upto 80 LPA

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p> Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers and Customer Success Sales professionals targeting expansion within a portfolio of 200+ global enterprise customers.</p><p> Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for platform expansion, additional AI agents and multi-module adoption.</p><p> Collaborate closely with Delivery, Consulting and Product teams to ensure seamless value realization and referenceable success stories.</p><p> Own quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline forecasting and deal closure in a fast-paced SaaS environment.</p><p> Build executive relationships with customer stakeholders (CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers) and position the organization as the indispensable Autonomous Finance partner.</p><p> Analyze customer data, usage metrics and business needs to drive proactive upsell strategies in an agentic AI context.</p><p> Contribute to overall revenue strategy, process improvements and go-to-market initiatives for the India and global teams</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p> 10 to 14 years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech sales, account management or customer expansion with at least 4 to 6 years in leadership roles.</p><p> Proven track record of consistently exceeding expansion/upsell targets (e.g., 120%+ attainment) in high-growth environments.</p><p> Strong educational background from a premier institution (IIT/IIM preferred or equivalent).</p><p> Deep understanding of finance processes (O2C, Treasury, AP) and enthusiasm for AI/Agentic technologies.</p><p> Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?0d8acu0BNzts1aH1U%2fZM9RVny8%2ffnjzvt" width="0" height="0" />
