We recruit mid-level through executive IT talent across long-term contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire, all non-VMS. You work directly with real hiring managers on real, open reqs, not a portal. Our client base spans Chicagoland and countless other states across finance, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, IT Consulting, SaaS, and more.

What You'll Do:
Run full-cycle technical recruiting across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire (not 360)Source and qualify candidates from Desktop Support up through Director and VP-level technical rolesLead intake calls with hiring managers. Ask sharp questions. Bring market insight, not just resumesQualify candidates on trajectory and culture fit, not just skills matchNegotiate and close offers working directly with clients and candidates from intro through guaranteeBuild talent pipelines that outlast any single reqStay in touch with contractors after placement to catch issues early and keep clients happyGenerate leads and referrals through your own network to help grow the client base
What You Bring:
3+ years agency recruiting experience with proven full-cycle placementsMoney motivated and competitive attitude in a highly competitive industryComfortable owning the process from intake to closeA consultative approach, not a transactional black and white processStrong phone and interview presence paired with the confidence to influenceStrong negotiating and closing skillsAbility to multitask and stay sharp in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who tracks their own numbersExisting network in IT or technical staffing is a plus

The Environment:

Compensation: $100K–$145K+ first-year OTE, with higher earning potential over time as recurring commissions build. Competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, and performance bonuses
