The FirmBusiness-Critical Disputes: Handle shareholder battles, business divorces, partnership and governance disputes, fraud, joint ventures and high-value contract matters.Entrepreneurial Client Base: Represent business owners, closely held and family-owned companies, investors and high-net-worth individuals — often on disputes central to their businesses.Litigation With Commercial Purpose: The team is known for using litigation strategically to achieve wider business objectives, rather than simply running cases through the court system.Serious Litigation Bench: Commercial Litigation is the firm's largest department, with senior lawyers bringing extensive trial, arbitration and complex business-dispute experience.
