Whova is hiring an entry-level Recruiter who will be responsible for talent sourcing, attending career fairs, engaging candidates, etc. A bachelor's degree is required.

How You will Make an ImpactResponsible for talent sourcing, interview coordination, career fair attendance, and evaluating and improving recruiting processSource candidates using a variety of channels and build a robust candidate pipelineClosely work with the head of sales and collaborate with managers to meet a monthly recruiting goal
