We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Trainer to deliver theory and practical training across our professional aesthetic programmes. The trainer should have strong knowledge of skin, basic anatomy, aesthetic equipment, laser technologies and machine-based procedures

Key Responsibiliti
es: Conduct theory and practical training sessions for students enrolled in aesthetic progra mmes Teach subjects related to, basic anatomy, facials, laser technologies and machine-based aesthetic proced ures Demonstrate the correct and safe use of aesthetic equip ment Explain treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, hygiene and safety requirem ents Prepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations and other training mate rial Assess students through practical demonstrations, assignments and internal evaluat ions Contribute to the development and regular updating of course con tent Ensure that training equipment, products and classrooms are prepared before each ses sion Maintain attendance, assessment and other academic rec ords Coordinate with faculty and operations teams for batch planning and smooth delivery of progra mmes Support institute workshops, demonstrations and educational events when requ ired Stay updated with new equipment, technologies and practices in the aesthetics indu

Requireme
nts: Bachelor's degree or recognised professional qualification in aesthetics, cosmetology, nursing, allied healthcare, life sciences or a related field At least 2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic treatments, lasers or equipment-based proc edures Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring or conducting practical demonstr ations Strong understanding of skin, basic anatomy, treatment protocols and equipment safety Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi Comfortable conducting both classroom lectures and practical se ssions Ability to prepare presentations, lesson plans and training ma terial Professional, patient and confident while working with st
udents
