Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Intermediate, O-Levels, or A-Levels.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in an International Medical Billing department.
• Location: Karachi (On-site)
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

As a core member of our billing department, you will ensure the financial health of our clients by managing the end-to-end revenue cycle. Your daily impact includes:

• Payment Posting: Accurately recording payments and balancing accounts.
• AR Management: Proactively following up on outstanding claims to maximize revenue.
• Denial & Rejection Handling: Investigating, correcting, and resubmitting claims with precision.
• Strategic Planning: Managing projected collections and assisting Team Leads with workflow optimization.
• Client Relations: Maintaining clear, professional communication with international stakeholders
