Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and manage a sales team, including recruitment and training.
• Foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and provide sales forecasts.
• Manage the sales budget and conduct regular training sessions.
• Establish strategic partnerships and ensure compliance.
• Generate and present sales reports to senior management.

Required Qualification

MBA (Marketing)/Pharm-D / BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences

Years of Experience

• Experienced in OTC. Consumer Care well-reputed Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical company.
• Having Rich Experience in Pharmacy Segment or Consumer.
• Age Limit is 25 to 35
