This role offers direct access to sophisticated corporate transactions, advising on complex employee benefit and executive compensation issues for a diverse business client base. You will work closely with experienced partners, assume meaningful responsibility from day one, and build a credible long term platform within a well established corporate services team.

The Role
Review employee benefit plans, executive agreements and compensation programs for corporate and M and A transactionsAssist in designing and implementing employee benefit and executive compensation programs for varied business structuresDraft and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation documents with high attention to legal and commercial detailManage multiple matters from inception to conclusion while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleaguesSupport and develop business generation efforts through group initiatives and individual relationship building
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate with:At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation mattersSubstantial experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and compensation documentsA Juris Doctor degree and bar admission in the District of Columbia or eligibility to obtainDemonstrated ability to work independently and productively within a corporate services focused practiceWillingness to be in office 5 days per week in Washington DC
Compensation & Benefits
