We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate in Vienna, VA. You will work directly with clients and team members every day, using the communication skills you already have.
What you will do:Greet clients, answer questions and help them understand their optionsSchedule and confirm appointments for the teamFollow up with clients by phone and email to keep things on trackMaintain accurate records and update client filesCoordinate with team members to make sure each client gets timely support
