About the Role: As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies for our clients, helping them grow brand awareness, strengthen their marketing, and drive real traffic to their businesses.
Your Day-to-DayLead client meetings to align on strategy and share progressCreate and publish customized organic and paid contentGrow and manage the social presence of a portfolio of 80+ small business clientsAnalyze performance reports and share insights with your CGI teammatesStay current on the latest platforms, tools, and social media trends
Qualifications & SkillsExtensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Ads ManagerAbility to troubleshoot Facebook and Meta technical issuesStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects at onceExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong analytical skillsFamiliarity with social media analytics and KPIs
Education and ExperienceMeta Certification / Facebook Blueprint Certification1-2 years paid social media marketing experience1-2 years of client experienceExperience using Sprout Social and Canva
