What You'll DoTrain under an experienced General Manager and learn Apex's operating playbookTake ownership of a department and lead day-to-day operationsDevelop and execute strategies to drive key performance metricsDeliver a gold standard of service through coaching, training, accountability, and data-driven decision-makingBuild a high-performance culture that fosters engagement, retention, and team developmentLead recruiting, hiring, and employee development initiativesManage financial activities including budgeting and forecasting, with accountability for P&L performanceServe as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presenceIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experiencePrepare to transition into a General Manager role within an Apex partner brand
