About the Role
White Whale Marketing is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Business Sales Trainees. This role is perfect for anyone looking to build hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development within a supportive and growth-focused environment. You will work directly with customers and client partners, learning the fundamentals of sales while helping expand brand presence and drive new business opportunities.
This is a fully onsite position.We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with customers through clear, confident communicationParticipate in team meetings, skill-building workshops, and collaborative planningLearn and understand client products and services to represent them accuratelySupport sales presentations, new customer onboarding, and outreach effortsAssist with promotional initiatives and brand awareness strategiesTrack progress, follow up on leads, and contribute to team goals
What You BringStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environmentA high school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to grow
