The role involves planning and executing placement strategies, coordinating with academic departments, preparing students for recruitment, and ensuring high-quality engagement with recruiters. A strong background in maintaining good relations with Corporate clients is essential. </p><p></p><p><b><u> Job Responsibilities : </u></b></p><p></p><ul><li> Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements. </li><li> Manage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups. </li><li> Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes. </li><li> Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette. </li><li> Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs. </li><li> Maintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports. </li><li> Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events. </li><li> Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances. </li><li> Work closely with the Internship Manager and Placement Executives to execute plans effectively. </li><li> Prepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement. </li></ul><p></p><p><b><u> Skills : </u></b></p><p></p><ul><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Strong industry network and corporate relationship-building capabilities </li><li> Ability to multitask and manage events under tight deadlines </li><li> Proficiency in MS Office and placement software platforms </li><li> Analytical mindset with attention to data and reporting </li><li> Student mentoring and counselling capability </li></ul><p></p><p><b><u> Education : </u></b></p><p> Any Graduates, Any Post Graduates. </p><p></p><p><b><u> Experiences : </u></b></p><p>5-7 years in similar industry.
